**Job Title**: U.S. Personal Injury Paralegal

**Company**: Viable Outsource Solution

**Location**: Noida, Sector 63 (On-site)

**Shift Timing**: 6 PM to 3 AM

**Commute**: Must be able to commute independently

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO)
**Salary**: Up to 37K

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Discovery to opposing counsel.
- Manage discovery responses and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare discovery documents for opposing counsel.
- Handle various case types including but not limited to: Medical Malpractice, Dog Bites, Slip and Fall, Motor Vehicle Accidents
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an LPO setting, specializing in personal injury cases.
- Strong understanding of U.S. discovery procedures and legal documentation.
- Proven experience in handling personal injury case types including medical malpractice, dog bites, slip and fall, and motor vehicle accident claims.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Willingness to work the specified shift timing and commute independently.
