**Position**: Personal Injury (PI) Paralegal
**Location**: H-163, H Block, Sector 63, Noida.
**Shift Timing**:Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM)
**Commutation**:able to commute by their own.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Preparation**:

- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
- **Case Management**:

- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all relevant documentation is readily accessible.
- Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials.
- **Medical Records and Reports**:

- Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and expert reports.
- Interpret medical terminology to assist in the preparation of case strategies.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and with the team.
- Provide updates and gather necessary information to support case development.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Monitor deadlines and maintain the litigation calendar.
- Assist in other administrative and paralegal duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in U.S. personal injury law.
- Proven experience in preparing and filing legal documents.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and ability to analyze medical records.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software is a plus.
