**Job Type**: Full-time (Day Shift 3 PM to 12 AM)

**Salary**:Up to 35K

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and file a variety of visa petitions, including every type of Visas
- Conduct initial case assessments and provide clients with updates on their case status.
- Ensure all filings comply with USCIS regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the case management system.
- Communicate with clients regarding required documentation and case progress.
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, motions, and other related documents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in U.S. immigration law, specifically in visa filings.
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and USCIS regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
