**Job Title**: U.S. Immigration Paralegal
**Location**: Noida, Sector 63, H Block

**Specialization**: U.S. Immigration Law
**Experience**: 1+ year in U.S. Immigration, especially in the Naturalization process
**Salary**: Up to 30k CTC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review legal briefs, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Complete immigration forms accurately and in compliance with U.S. immigration laws.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and client communication.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Handle client queries related to their immigration cases.
- Stay updated with changes in U.S. immigration policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in U.S. immigration, specifically in **Naturalization and Adjustment of Status**.
- Strong understanding of **U.S. immigration laws and procedures**.
- Proficiency in preparing and filing **immigration petitions and legal forms**.
- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills**.
- Detail-oriented with **strong organizational skills**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in preparing **legal briefs and client correspondence**.
- Familiarity with **immigration case management systems**.
- Prior experience handling cases under the **Washington D.C. jurisdiction**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
