**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting and preparing various legal documents, including motions, discoveries, and responses.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of trial documents.
- Initiating and managing pre-litigation processes.
- Drafting and vetting litigation documents, including complaints.
- Collaborating on cases involving European and Canadian legal frameworks.
- Managing calendaring tasks, scheduling, and maintaining legal deadlines.
- Providing paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining effective communication.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal is highly desirable.
- Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on deadlines.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**
