**Job Title**: U.S. Legal Drafter
**Location**: Viable Outsource Solution, H-163, H Block, Noida Sector 63
**Shift Timing**: 9 PM to 6 AM Night Shift.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 6 months + (mainly in Civil, Immigration and Family Matters)

Our services include intellectual property management, paralegal support, document review, and legal drafting, among others. **Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, memorandums, and other legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to understand drafting requirements and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of all legal drafts.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, language, and legal terminology across documents.
- Stay updated with changes in U.S. laws and legal practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent); additional qualifications in U.S. law preferred.
- 6+ months of experience in legal drafting for U.S. clients.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. legal systems, terminology, and document formats.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and MS Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in legal drafting and research
- Familiarity with legal technology and drafting software.
