Administration Assistant/receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
Bill Management: Track and manage office bills, ensuring timely payments.
Telecalling: Make outbound calls to clients, partners, or vendors.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, arrange, and manage meetings and logistics.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
General Office Tasks: Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Energetic, open-minded, and eager to embrace new experiences.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
