**Job Description: Receptionist**
**Organization**: Indorewala ENT Hospital, Viholi, Nashik
**Position**: Receptionist
**Minimum Experience**: 2 Years (Hospital Experience Required)
**Minimum Education**: Graduate
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the hospital's front desk and provide timely and accurate information.
- Handle patient registrations, appointments, and billing queries.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating patient care with different departments.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.
**Skills Required**:
- **Proficiency in English**: Excellent communication skills to read, write, and speak fluently.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with hospital management systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to interact courteously with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy.
