**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Location**: Nashik, Maharashtra
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Nashik. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
