**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and clients, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support.
**RESPONSIBITITIES:
- **
- **Greet Visitors**: Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly manner. Direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Answer Phone Calls**: Manage and route incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- **Receive and Sort Mail**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Distribute mail to the appropriate recipients.
- **Provide Information**: Offer general information about the organization, its services, and its location to visitors and callers.
- **Schedule Appointments**: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring that meeting rooms are prepared as needed.
- **Maintain Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with brochures, magazines, and other relevant materials.
- **Data Entry**: Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks as required, such as updating contact lists, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- **Security**: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- **Coordinate with Other Departments**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of tasks and requests.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle inquiries and issues from visitors and callers, resolving them or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
