**Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Executes small to medium projects independently with initial direction and eventually graduates to designing and delivering projects by yourself
- Leverages technology to solve business problems by writing high quality, maintainable, and robust code following best practices in software engineering
- Responsible & accountable for triaging and escalating production issue causing outages.
- Understands observability patterns and strives to implement and improve service level indicators, objectives monitoring, and alerting solutions for optimal transparency and analysis
- Ability to work in a large, collaborative team and demonstrates the willingness to vocalize ideas with peers and managers
- Understanding of how to prioritize and adjust work plans to adapt to changes in assigned responsibilities and projects
- Adhere to processes, company policies, required to deliver high quality services to clients & partners.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Profession experience with at least 5+ years in Production Support, Application Support or Site Reliability
- General knowledge of financial services industry (preferred)
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages such as Python, shell scripting.
- Advanced skills in monitoring & administering Linux systems.
- Database server monitoring & administering skills, including intermediate-level understanding of SQL.
- Understand source control techniques and/or familiar with Git / BitBucket
- Proficient in technology toolkits as ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Monitoring tools like Dynatrace,Grafana AWS Cloudwatch, Datadog, Airflow and job scheduling tools like Autosys and Control-M.
- Ability to work in a large, collaborative team and demonstrates the willingness to vocalize ideas with peers and managers
- Understanding of how to prioritize and adjust work plans to adapt to changes in assigned responsibilities and projects
