**Job responsibilities**
- Provide front line technology support to Credit Exotics trading desk
- Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability
- Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Knowledge of LINUX/UNIX operating systems, i.e., executing functional commands
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (Autosys, Control M)
- Experience with database technologies, i.e., ability to develop and execute SQL queriesKnowledge of development tools (Jenkins, Git, BitBucket)

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience with Python or Basic Cloud knowledge (AWS or Kubernetes)
- Working understanding of public cloud
- Experience in handling excel basic, advanced level
- Experience or knowledge of working in a DevOps / SRE model would be an advantage
- Experience in supporting Exotics / Front office desk is desirable
