**Position Overview**: The Inside Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by efficiently managing existing client relationships, closing sales opportunities, and promoting cross-selling and upselling initiatives. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of assigned sales opportunities, manage the sales cycle and drive them to successful closure.
- Identify and promote opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services to existing clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to foster strong relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct follow-up conversations with clients to assess their satisfaction with the software or services they have purchased.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strategies to position these offerings based on client needs and pain points.
- Gather feedback on software performance and usage to ensure ongoing customer success.
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Individuals with little to no prior sales experience
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in sales and a willingness to learn and develop

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
