**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and meet daily sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Educate customers about the company's products and services, particularly in the domains of IT storage, surveillance, and GPS solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding market trends and customer concerns.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
