**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell EV products (bikes/scooters/vehicles)

Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to prospective clients

Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales using CRM tools

Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional campaigns

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activity and lead status

**Requirements**:
Minimum Graduation preferred

0-2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales (EV industry experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of electric vehicles or a willingness to learn

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
