**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis & Planning**:Conduct market research to discover potential customers, market trends, and competitors’ strategies. Create strategic sales plans to maximise sales.
- **Sales Execution**:Implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and clients to boost sales. Promote the brand and products through campaigns and activities.
- **Customer Relations Management**:Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback. Establish rapport with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Inventory Management and Order Processing**:Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely product delivery. Manage inventory levels with supply chain and logistic teams.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Generate sales reports to analyse **performance** against targets. Identify improvement areas and suggest corrective actions to enhance sales effectiveness.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
