**Job Description: -**

**New Business Development**

Part Truck Load Door to Door express (LTL) & PTL Express sales

On field working including cold calls and new client acquisition.

Express LTL/PTL New business development, Client servicing, direct sales ,client relationship,

Key accounts management, generate new lead and negotiating Rates to sign Service Agreements for PTL/LTL/ Air Cargo.

Understand Client Transportation requirements.

Negotiate with clients & Sign new Express Transportation Agreements

Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations.

**Client Management**

Understands customer requirements and provides timely solutions accordingly

Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention.

Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately

Preferred Logistics background.

Should know the PTL/LTL/Air Express market

Excellent Communication
Should be result oriented
Good knowledge of Supply and Chain Management

Team Leading skills

Preferred from Logistics Industry

Note: - Graduate & MBA Fresher

Experience: - 0 to 3 yrs.

**Note: Should be Own Two-Wheeler & Laptop Mandatory.**
