Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation**:Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists to generate interest in the company's interior design services.
- **Customer Qualification**:Qualify leads by understanding their project requirements, budget, and timeline to identify potential clients suitable for the company's services.
- **Consultations Scheduling**:Schedule initial consultations with the design team by effectively communicating the company's design expertise and process.
- **Information Provision**:Answer customer questions about design packages, pricing, project timelines, and available materials.
- **Client Relationship Building**:Establish rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns.
- **CRM Management**:Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system, including call logs, follow-up reminders, and lead status updates.
- **Sales Support**:Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by providing necessary information and addressing client queries during the sales cycle.
- **Objection Handling**:Professionally handle customer objections and address concerns related to pricing, design concepts, or project scope.
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with potential clients.
- **Sales Aptitude**:Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone.
- **Customer Service Focus**:A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- **Basic Interior Design Knowledge**:Understanding of interior design concepts, terminology, and current trends to answer client questions confidently.
- **CRM Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM software to manage lead tracking and customer data effectively.
- **Time Management**:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or design-related field preferred
- Prior experience as a telecaller in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the interior design industry
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
