Job Description: Sales Telecaller for Machinery Manufacturing Industry

Position: Sales Telecaller

Location: Tambaram Mepz

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our machinery products and services.

2. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our machinery to potential customers.

3. Identify and qualify leads through proactive cold calling and lead generation activities.

4. Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, updating information regularly.

5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our machinery products.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and track the progress of leads.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

8. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.

9. Document and report on sales activities and customer feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry.

2. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.

3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Familiarity with google sheets, and other sales-related tools.

6. Basic understanding of machinery manufacturing processes and industry trends.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

11. Must have Hindi speaking skill.

12. Multi language skill is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
