
Customer Service Coordinator

Must be a shipping Cargo Logistics company experienced
- UAE experienced is highly preferred
- Expert in JBM (JUPITER BUSINESS MANAGEMENT) Software.
- Willing to join as soon as possible.
*Serves as a liaison between the sellers, customer and operation team to facilitate the smooth flow of operation.
*Attending SEA, AIR & LCL inquiries, providing correct rates & necessary information needed; such as procedures, documents required in importing & exporting shipments.
*Collaborating with the consignee & shipper to provide the accurate details of Bill of Lading (MBL & HBL), Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin, making sure all documents are correct as per custom standard, terms and conditions. Escalating the estimated time of departure from port of loading & estimated time of arrival to the port of destination.
*Coordinating with shipping lines to check the charges and documents needed to collect the import shipment or to export cargo to other countries. Preparing shipping instructions accurately from the shipping lines’ website.
*Responsible for overseeing the delivery of incoming goods and ensuring that they comply to customs regulations. Tracking and documenting shipments, advising clients of shipment updates.
*Coordinating with the drivers, warehouse in charge, and team members for import & export shipment loading, and offloading location. Perform all record-keeping processes and maintain records of all entries, perform mínimal accounting by preparing some invoices and expenses needed to bill to clients.
