
Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Handle after-sales service requests and inquiries, including product issues, repairs, and warranty claims.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in problems, providing solutions, and coordinating with relevant departments or service providers as needed.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns or issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Work closely with internal teams, including projects, logistics, and sales, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
