Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle customer inquiries regarding services professionally. Conversion & Sales Support: Persuade potential customers to book appointments and purchase packages. Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information about services, promotions, and membership benefits. Follow-ups: Call back customers for appointment confirmations and reminders. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience and optimize sales. Requirements: Education: Degree (Any specialization) Experience: Freshers can apply. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus.
