**Job description**
- Monitor day-to-day operations, while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary
- Communicating with customers to respond to issues or concerns they may have regarding their order
- Reviewing operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Reporting operational data to supervisors or department heads as needed
- Communication and coordination with staff (including executive operations team) and vendors
- Train and onboard new employees on operational protocols to ensure all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
- Develops, prepares, and presents program reports; maintains comprehensive program records and statistical information

**Skills**
- Excellent Communication Skills in English

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
