Service Coordinator

- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the in-house service team
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor repair and maintenance activities
- Generate service job sheets, track service orders, and maintain accurate records in the system
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and any required approvals
- Assign tasks to technicians based on workload, priority, and skill level
- Follow up on parts ordering, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management review
- Ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely, and solution-oriented
- Assist with warranty claims and documentation processing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
