The Purchase Coordinator is responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role involves liaising with vendors, handling purchase orders, and ensuring that the company's operational needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery delays.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
- **Managing Multiple Purchase Orders**: Simultaneously process and track various orders for different departments while ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- **Vendor Communication**: Handle multiple vendor relationships, negotiating prices and schedules for different products while addressing any issues that arise.
- **Inventory Monitoring**: Continuously track stock levels, anticipating shortages while also managing incoming orders, ensuring that production needs are met without overstocking.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, vendor contracts, and inventory data while responding to urgent procurement needs.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**: Work with finance, operations, and logistics teams to align procurement processes with the company’s overall goals, all while managing priorities across departments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
