
Coordinator - Service

Qualification: Degree or Diploma
Experience: 3 + year
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Communicate with clients/customers /OEMs to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and client interactions in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Monitor service progress and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service operations.
- Manage inventory or service-related supplies, if applicable.
- Prepare and generate reports on service activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
