Established in 1995 and headquartered in Cochin, India. Infoniks is one of the leading suppliers and systems integrators of CCTV, Access Control, and Electronic Security.
We're looking for a Technical Service Coordinator who can take charge of a team of field technicians serving top banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating installation, service & AMCs for security systems across bank branches.
- Managing daily technician schedules, task allocation, and issue resolution.
- Providing technical support and guidance to field teams.
- Handling urgent service calls and pressure situations efficiently.
- Acting as the go-to point of contact for field teams and customers — must be readily available by phone.
- Mush have good communication skill both oral and written.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in security system installation/service (CCTV, alarms).
- Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — fluent in tech and task talk.
- Availability beyond office hours for urgent call handling.
- Strong understanding of AMC contracts, troubleshooting & system integration.
