Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistic and Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Offer appropriate solutions and resolutions to customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction.

Logistics Coordination:
Oversee the coordination of product shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage inventory levels and optimize the supply chain process.

Track and manage orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently and any potential delays are communicated proactively to customers.

Multitasking and Time Management:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines effectively.

Efficiently manage time and resources to optimize productivity and achieve operational excellence.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with various teams, including sales, warehouse, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Contribute to a positive team dynamic and actively participate in team meetings and projects.

Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, taking appropriate actions to resolve them promptly.

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of logistics and customer service operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Rotational shift
- UK shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
