Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our institutional and B2B vertical.
- To develop strong business relationships with interior designers, Interior design firms, architects
- Ensure growth of this vertical by generating more leads and converting leads from the existing partners.
- Understand and analyse market trends to maximize revenue and identify Pain points for partners and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to come up with marketing plans to engage with our institutional partners
- Ensure a strong system is in place for the operations and delivery part of the project execution
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policy and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail industry, preferably in interior design, furnishings, décor and new age retail startup industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clarity of thought in executing the sales plan.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and take timely actions to achieve sales goals.
- Number driven approach in achieving sales targets consistently and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to plan and create an overall leads generation plan for the year for this vertical
- Proficiency in computers and relevant software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
