**Job Role - Sales Administration (Digital Marketing)**

**Key responsibilities -**
- Assist the sales team in managing leads, prospects, and client accounts using CRM tools.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing digital campaigns.
- Maintain customer communication and perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, team assistance, event coordination
- proactive customer follow-up.
- Analyze sales data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research trends and competitors to support sales and marketing strategies.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.**:

- **0.6- 1 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in a digital marketing setting.**:

- Proficiency in **CRM software**(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

**Location - Jhamshedpur**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
