Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and Acquire New Partners: Identify and approach potential partners to onboard them with NIW.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with Business owners to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Promote NIW Services: Clearly articulate the benefits of NIW services to business owners, demonstrating how our platform can enhance their business.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new partnerships and Onboarding new partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.
- Report and Monitor Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the B2B or FMCG industry.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Near Ashtha Krishna Tower, Jamshedpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
