**1. Sales Strategy and Planning**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in the industrial sector.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to refine sales strategies.

**2. Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Conduct prospecting activities to expand the customer base and establish a robust sales pipeline.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in the industrial sector.

Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to propose suitable products and services.

Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

**4. Product Knowledge and Presentations**:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's industrial products, their features, and benefits.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers to showcase product capabilities and advantages.

**5. Sales Negotiation and Closing**:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable contracts.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers.

Close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**6. Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team based on market insights and customer feedback.

**7. Collaboration and Coordination**:
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of customer orders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong knowledge of industrial products, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry events.
