**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends and market intelligence to attract top talent.
- Maintain and improve hiring processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in a high-volume hiring environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities for campus hiring initiatives.
- Represent the organization at campus events, job fairs, and career expos.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s career opportunities to students and fresh graduates.
- Regularly visit campuses to engage with students and faculty, strengthening employer branding.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven ability to close IT requirements efficiently.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and IT job roles.
