Hiring - Sales Executive for Mild Steel & Flat Product Industry.

Job Location: - Pune (NIBM Road).

Job Mode: - On Site (WFO).

Job Interview Mode: - Face 2 Face Only.

Experience: - 1+ Year.

Qualification: - Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify potential clients in industries requiring mild steel, flat products, HR coils, and CR coils.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.
Proactively generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain and grow relationships with OEM clients and key industrial customers.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their steel product requirements.
Build strong relationships with procurement heads, supply chain managers, and decision-makers.
Provide clients with technical product guidance and tailored solutions.

Sales & Negotiation
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to close deals successfully.
Maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics.
Gather market intelligence and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Identify emerging opportunities in the steel sector and suggest new business avenues.

Reporting & Sales Target Achievement
Work towards and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Pay: ₹9,875.43 - ₹24,349.89 per month

**Experience**:

- mild steel sales, flat products, HR coils: 1 year (required)
- HRPO coils, HR Sheets: 1 year (required)
- CR coils CR Sheets & Galvanized Sheets: 1 year (required)
