**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets within the steel distribution market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in construction, fabrication, OEM, and industrial sectors.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate steel products (e.g., beams, plates, bars, coils, pipe/tube, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Graduate/BBA/MBA
- Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in the steel, metals, or industrial distribution sector preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
