Job Description: Sales Representative - Steel Industry

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the steel market and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new customers within the steel industry, including manufacturers, construction companies, infrastructure projects, and other relevant sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Utilize sales acumen and industry knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our steel products to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to anticipate customer needs and drive innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the steel industry, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.
- Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit manufacturing facilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
