Job Description: Sales Representative - Coolant Filtration Systems (CFS) and Industrial Machinery
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the coolant filtration systems (CFS), machine tooling (CNC and VMC machines), or industrial machinery sectors.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing companies, automotive, aerospace, and other relevant sectors.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product capabilities and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, technological advancements, and market dynamics to anticipate customer needs and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience in coolant filtration systems (CFS), machine tooling (CNC and VMC machines), or industrial project-based sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of coolant filtration systems, CNC and VMC machines, industrial machinery, and related products.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.
- Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit manufacturing facilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as required.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
