We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in the steel/iron sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities within the steel/iron industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable steel/iron products.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to expanding market share.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct market research to track industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel/iron or construction materials.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the Pune market.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Two-wheeler preferred for client visits.
