Role Description – Mild Steel Long Product Executive

Location: Taloja & Panvel (On-site, Full-time)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Mild Steel Long Product Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of mild steel long products by identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the mild steel long products segment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve defined business targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and client servicing.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
