Position Overview:
Mahavir Steel Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive for B2B sales operations based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling business-to-business sales, possess excellent persuasive communication skills, and be ready to travel extensively to meet with clients across India. The candidate should be fluent in multiple Indian languages and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Mahavir Steel's market presence.
Proactively find and pursue potential clients through cold calls, cold emails, and in-person meetings.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of Mahavir Steel's products.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Travel across India to meet clients and attend industry events.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably but not mandatory within the steel or manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within India.
Fluency in multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
