Job Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering client requirements, configuring the CRM system, and providing training and support.
? Collaborate with the sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to implementation.
? Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and customise the CRM solution to meet their specific requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
