Job Description:
**Position Overview**: The Product Sales & Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in driving the adoption and success of our product. This role involves close collaboration with sales, technical teams, and customers to identify challenges, resolve issues, and ensure that customers derive maximum value from our product, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support & Analysis**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer feedback and reasons behind low product adoption rates.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas where the product is underutilized.
- **Customer Engagement & Success**:

- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and reasons for not fully utilizing the product.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product and are utilizing it effectively.
- **Technical Liaison**:

- Work closely with the technical team to communicate customer feedback and identify gaps in the product.
- Collaborate with the technical team to suggest improvements or new features based on customer feedback.
- **Solution Implementation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to address customer challenges, ensuring increased usage and satisfaction with the product.
- Provide training, support, and resources to customers to help them make the most of the product.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Provide regular reports to management on product adoption, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Suggest actionable insights and strategies to improve product sales and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with product management or related fields is a plus.
