**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers who have purchased **ADOBE, Microsoft, and TATA Tele Business Services products.**Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute customized success plans for customers, aligned with their business objectives and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact
- **Provide training, support, and guidance to customers on ADOBE, Microsoft, and TATA Tele Business Services products**:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, or concerns that may impact customer satisfaction or retention
- Develop and deliver regular business reviews, progress reports, and strategic planning sessions with customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to maintain a strong understanding of the market
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, retention, and growth targets
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- **Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and understand ADOBE, Microsoft, and TATA Tele Business Services products**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
