
Customer Success Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, addressing customer concerns, and providing overall customer satisfaction and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _Serve as the main liaison between the company and a portfolio of customers._o _Onboard new clients and guide them through product training and setup._o _Proactively engage with clients to ensure they’re fully utilising our offerings._o _Identify and address client issues promptly, working with internal teams to resolve them._o _Monitor customer health metrics and take action to improve retention and satisfaction._o _Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams._o _Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and renewal conversations._o _Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives in coordination with sales._o _Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM tools._
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathy and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
