Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in customer success, operations, account management, or service delivery—preferably in the transportation, mobility, or service industry.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities.
Ø Client Management & Support
Ø Ensure seamless daily service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
Ø Coordinate client onboarding activities including product demos, feature adoption, and process handovers.
Ø Track and monitor key account performance metrics (SLAs, trip performance, issue resolution, etc.).
Ø Collaborate with operations, driver management, product, and tech teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Ø Communication & Reporting with clients and internal teams.
Ø Support the implementation of new processes or improvements for smoother client operations.
Ø Work closely with internal teams during transitions, onboarding of new corporate clients, or changes in operational scope.
Qualifications & Skills
Ø B.com, M.com, BCA, MCA, and MBA preferred.
Ø 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Operations, or Account Management.
Ø Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ø Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ø MS office (Excel, PPT) and reporting tools,
