**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, education, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, distributors, and direct clients.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Research and assess new market opportunities in Chennai and across South India.
- Support entry into new channels, including e-commerce and project-based furniture solutions.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to design campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Partner with supply chain teams on demand forecasting, delivery schedules, and customer service standards.
- Ensure brand consistency in product positioning and client experience.
- Track KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports with insights and recommendations for management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, or B2B trading sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-crore annual sales targets.
- Strong skills in market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Team-oriented and results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Knowledge of the furniture industry is **mandatory**.
- Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu and occasionally across India.
