Customer Care Executive

Location: Ayyanthole, Thrissur
Gender : Male staff preferred
Requirement : Located within 10km to Ayyanthole, Thrissur
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a calm, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Team:Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Monitor and track shipments, providing customers with up-to-date information on their order status.
Assist in resolving any shipping or delivery issues in coordination with the logistics team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage customer feedback.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Required Skills and Qualities**:
**Multilingual Skills**:Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu is highly desirable.
Verbal Communication: Ability to speak clearly and empathetically with customers via phone or voice messages.
**Listening Skills**: Must actively listen to understand customer issues and respond appropriately.
Basic understanding of CRM systems would be a plus.
**Problem-Solving Abilities**:Ability to identify, assess, and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
**Mature and Calm Personality**:Must remain composed under pressure and demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.
Should display a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
**Teamwork**:Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other departments as needed.
**Understanding of Linen Trail's Products**:Knowledge of Linen Trail's pure linen clothing line, or the ability to quickly learn the details, to accurately address customer inquiries.
**Experience**:Previous customer support or related experience preferred, but not mandatory.
**Education**:A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
