Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer care department.
  • Ensure timely and effective handling of customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise customer care executives.
  • Monitor service levels (TAT, call quality, customer satisfaction scores).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer care performance and improvements.
  • Handle escalated complaints professionally and provide resolutions.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BCOM preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & EXCEL.

Salary Range

  • Based on experience, typically ₹15000 – ₹20,000 per month for mid-level in Kerala; in metro cities.

Preferred Skills

  • Multilingual capability (English, Hindi, Malayalam
  • Knowledge of customer service metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to plan and execute customer retention strategies.
