**Job Description**:
Ø Receive and register customer concerns and complaints

Ø Route the complaints to proper service team and follow up for updates

Ø Talk to customers to get their feedback after service

Ø Computer knowledge is mandatory

Ø Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, or other regional languages like Tamil, Kannada, Telugu etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
