**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about products, services, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in a customer service or call center role.
- Strong verbal and written **communication skills in English, Hindi**and **Malayalam**. Knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
